Training: Lean Transformation for Organizations

In this training you will learn how to create a plan to transform your organization into a Lean Organization. You will also learn how to assess this transformation and promote continuous improvement.

Who can participate in this training

People that are in leadership positions in their organizations and people that want to boost their careers as they gain a differentiated knowledge and acquire a new language so they can be the leaders in the future.

Methodology

LTO training totalizes 36 hours* of training distributed below.

One 2-hour session for introduction and structure the teams. Total: 2 hours

2-hour sessions** twice a week Mondays and Wednesdays (from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm PST) for seven weeks. Every Monday is a Study Action Team where the participants talk about what they learned as they read the book “Leading the Lean Enterprise Transformation” by George Koenigsaecker and every Wednesday they will discuss their homework as they start creating the Lean Transformation plan for their Organizations. Total: 28 hours

Three 2-hour sessions** to share and discuss their final Lean Transformation Plan. Total: 6 hours

* The hours for the Lean Transformation for Organizations training is 36 hours for a group more than 10 and up to 20. If we have 10 people or less, it will be 20 hours.

** The 2 hours session is for a group more than 10 and up to 20. If we have 10 people or less will be a 1-hour session

*** The three 2 hours session to share and discuss the final Lean Transformation plan is for a group more than 10 and up to 20. If we have 10 people or less will be 2 sessions.

We will be using Zoom as a supporting tool or us to communicate. All the meetings are virtual.
